KEY PERSONNELMRS SHARON CHUNG Managing Director Sharon has nine years' experience in research, planning and policy, information services and training development in the public sector. Joining the private sector in 1992, she had acquired over three years' experience in regional conference production and had played a key role in developing the company's conference business in China. In 1995, she joined a large healthcare facility and had responsibilities in communication, business development, hospital operations, medical training, clinical research and medical ethics over a five-year period. In 2000, she joined the human resource and management consulting industry. She has extensive experience in various industries including the banking and finance, real estate, asset management, retail, hospitality, healthcare and pharmaceutical, aerospace, manufacturing, and ICT (information, communication and technology) industries. She is a Professional Member of the Asian Association of Career Management Professionals and a member of the NUSS (National University of Singapore Alumni) External Alumni Relations Networking Sub-Committee. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours in Economics) from the National University of Singapore (NUS). She also holds a Master of Social Science (Applied Economics) from the NUS.
KWAN CHEE HENG Associate Director Chee Heng has more than ten years experience in Human Resource Management and had worked with multi-national companies such as Carnaud Metalbox and Varta Batteries. His portfolio in Human Resource encompassed staffing, compensation and benefits, communication and industrial relations. From 1999, he has acquired executive search experience in various industries including the banking and finance industry, real estate, retail and manufacturing industry. He graduated with a Degree in Business Administration from Bishop’s University, Quebec, Canada. He also holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Luton University, UK and has a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management. He is a professional member as well as an Associate Trainer with the Singapore Human Resources Institute and the Management Development Institute of Singapore. CLARE KON Associate Consultant Clare has more than seven years of teaching experience. She is currently an Economics lecturer with one of the polytechnics. She was one of the speakers for a public seminar on The Singapore Economy organised by the polytechnic. Being IT savvy, she successfully introduced and implemented e-learning in the educational institutions that she teaches at. Besides imparting knowledge to her students, she has conducted sharing sessions for her fellow colleagues as well as teacher trainees on the use of IT in teaching and learning of Economics. She has undertaken projects to support companies in the designing and maintaining of companies’ websites. She graduated with a Degree in Science (major in Economics) and also holds a Master of Social Science (Applied Economics) from the NUS.
