Vice President/Senior Manager/Manager, Asset Management

You will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the assets and assist in the execution and management of strategic business development to maximize yields from the operating assets. This entails feasibility studies, structuring funding options, valuation and looking into strategic ways to enhance yields on assets.

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Estate Management/Building/Management/Business Administration/Accountancy
  • At least 5 years’ experience in strategic asset management and planning with a large property group
  • Experience in business development and divestments, assets securitization, merger and acquisitions with property related businesses will be an added advantage
  • Strategic, hands-on and highly numerate

 

Vice President/Senior Manager/Manager, Investment

You will be developing business strategies and evaluating business opportunities locally and overseas. This will entail sourcing and pursuing potential investments and asset acquisitions locally and overseas, developing new business set-ups and investing in real estate projects in overseas markets.

You will structure and negotiate deals for asset acquisitions locally or overseas.

Requirements

  • Should possess a basic Degree in Real Estate, Finance or equivalent
  • Should have at least 5 years’ experience in business development including regional investment exposure
  • Familiarity with regional real estate markets and proficiency in financial modelling for project and acquisition of assets is essential
  • Strong in language (English plus a second language) and communication skills

 

Vice President, Corporate Finance

You will provide direction and be responsible for evaluating financing and taxation issues, developing financial models on property projects and analysis and review of of property companies.

You will be responsible for determining the optimal capital structure for each property/project.

You will be responsible for setting up and structuring overseas fund vehicle for the company’s investments, including financing structures targeted to minimise overall interest and tax costs to enhance shareholders’ returns.

Requirements

  • Investment banking and fund raising experience
  • Experienced in raising funds through capital markets especially equity markets in United States and United Kingdom
  • Exposed to cross border fund raising and be familiar with global markets.

 

Operations Manager

You will be fully responsible for the financial and operating performance of the Company’s self-storage business. You will conceptualise and develop marketing strategies and A & P programmes to lease long and short term self-operated storage space to companies, businesses and individuals.

You will oversee the operations and management of the facilities to ensure that the service level, facility cleanliness and security standards are met.

You will manage a team of support staff who will assist in handling leasing enquiries, showrounds, tenant and inventory management and the implementation of A & P programmes.

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Business/Estate Management or equivalent qualifications
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
  • Good understanding of the retail or sales business
  • Bottom-line focused, highly resourceful and people-oriented

 Manager – Lease Management

You will oversee the Lease Management Executive in the management of all leases for logistics properties.

You will formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties. You will plan and implement tenants’ relationship management programmes on a regular basis and obtain regular feedback from tenants.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Estate Management
  • 5 years of relevant experience in lease management of industrial and/or logistic properties
  • Resourceful, meticulous and independent

 

Group Leasing Manager

You will incorporate standard leasing practices across a portfolio of retail centres, set up standard marketing kits and press advertisements, be involved in strategic marketing plans and services, maintain databases of local and overseas retailers, negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters as well as introduce tenant relationship programs.

You will also help to build up leasing competencies in market trends, consumers’ spending as well as consumers’ behaviour in relation to trademix.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the retail office, or industrial industry
  • Must be bilingual and strong in both oral and written communication skills
  • Good with numbers and marketing

 

Vice President, Retail

You will play a key role in Retail Management including Marketing and Retail Planning & Operations. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership in positioning the mall. You will direct marketing, leasing, property management and financial management.

You must have a thorough understanding of retail marketing and operations. You should have charisma, vision, strong leadership, interpersonal, people management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic leadership in devising leasing strategies, negotiations with tenants, consultants and business partners and implementation of marketing action plans and programmes.
  • Develop short and long-term business strategies in achieving growth and value creation.
  • Establish rental/pricing strategies in meeting business objective and in tandem with market conditions.
  • Evaluate and determine optimal tenant mix in creating a synergy for a dynamic retail mix and an exciting shopping experience.
  • Undertake budgeting and be responsible for the performance measures of the mall.
  • Manage co-ordination of mall development plan among various parties.

You should have extensive retail management knowledge and skills covering strategic planning and marketing, positioning of the company with strong operational experience

 

Centre Manager

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of a mall including: negotiating new leases and lease renewals

You will have a constant focus on enhancing the tenancy mix of the precinct via introducing market leaders in retail and proactively pursuing exciting and unique concepts

You will oversee the operational and marketing functions to ensure that maximum value is obtained

You will identify consumer target market characteristics and through effective PR, marketing and branding reposition the centre to satisfy their requirements

You will use strong communication skills to develop relationships with strategic partners whilst building and maintaining a strong rapport with retailers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in shopping centre management and preferably with tertiary qualifications
  • Strong negotiation and business planning skills
  • A demonstrated understanding of retail and the ability to add value to the centre into the future
  • Excellent leadership and communications skills so as to manage and motivate the team

 

Banking Positions

 Relationship Manager, Real Estate

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large corporate customers, servicing their businesses with the full range of financial products and services, including Payments & Treasury products.

You should possess at least 7 years' of corporate lending experience with at least 2 years in real estate lending. Knowledge of treasury, credit, capital markets, trade and payment products is a pre-requisite. You should also be independent, self motivated and strong in interpersonal and managerial skills.

 

Relationship Manager, SME Real Estate

Similar to the above except that the portfolio comprises SME clients.

2. CORPORATE AND INSTITUTIONAL BANKING

 

Relationship Manager (VP/AVP), Corporate Banking

You will manage and grow a portfolio of large corporate customers, servicing their businesses with the full range of financial products and services, including Trade, Cash management, Capital markets, Corporate finance and Treasury and Investment Banking products.

You are independent and self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and marketing skills to service the customers with the ability to close contracts up to CFO level.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in handling relatively larger companies
  • Sound working knowledge of banking products including treasury, cash, trade and investment banking
  • Independent, self-motivated and strong in interpersonal skills
  • Marketing-oriented candidates are preferred.

Relationship Manager, SMEs

You will implement strategies to acquire and develop a portfolio of relationships within the SME sector. This includes marketing a full range of banking and factoring services to meet the financial needs of SMEs. You will actively seek out new prospects as well as identify further needs from existing clientele to support their growth with appropriate banking products.

As part of your job, you will perform credit analysis and credit evaluation of corporate clients as well as structuring of credit facilities and solutions.

For this role, you should have at least 3 years’ experience in corporate lending in a commercial bank with the relevant university degree. You should have strong communication, interpersonal and credit analysis skills, together with a strong business acumen. You have a wide network of contacts, particularly in the SME sector. You are also a team player who possesses excellent organisational skills.

 

Business Development Manager, SMEs

You will have a 100% acquisition role with a focus on identifying and acquiring new SME clients for the bank.

As part of your job, you will perform credit analysis and credit evaluation of corporate clients.

You should have at least 2 years’ experience in corporate lending in a commercial bank with the relevant university degree. You should have strong communication, interpersonal and credit analysis skills, together with a strong business acumen. You have a wide network of contacts, particularly in the SME sector.

You will serve the Malaysia market and will be based in Malaysia.

You are expected to have a very strong network of high net worth contacts and will introduce these contacts who are potential private banking clients to the Client Advisers/Private Bankers based in Singapore. The Client Advisers will manage the relationship of the private banking clients introduced.

Requirements

  • Strong in networking with Malaysia’s high society, business owners (self made) and professionals and will be able to make solid private banking clientele referrals to the Client Advisers/Private Bankers based in Singapore. The high net worth contacts should have assets/foreign bank deposits in foreign countries.
  • Experience in the international wealth management industry preferred. Those who are not in the wealth management industry but are from banking or from tax, accounting and finance consulting firms with a strong network of high net worth clients/contacts will also be considered.  

Relationship Manager, Priority Banking

You will service the portfolio of high net worth clients (local or overseas) and will also acquire new clients. You will perform financial planning and selling of personal financial and investment products.

Requirements

  • A University degree in Business, Economics, Accountancy or related disciplines.
  • Possess the necessary certification for financial advisory work.
  • 2 years’ of excellent banking sales experience
  • Strong sales, communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, cross-selling and presentation skills.
  • Highly independent, self motivated and target-oriented.

 

Personal Wealth Team Manager

You will assist in executing the branch’s network’s sales strategy. You will lead a team of Personal Wealth Managers to provide financial advice on the Bank’s wealth management products and services to meet customers’ needs.

You will be responsible for the team’s performance, targets and productivity levels. You will also champion the Bank’s need-based sales culture to acquire new customers and expand your relationship with existing bank customers.

Requirements

  • Degree and accreditation in CMFAS Modules 1,5,6,8,9, CHI and CGI
  • Should have at least 3 year of proven sales and service track record in the financial/insurance industry.

Process Engineer

You are expected to handle process optimisation projects and trials and provide solutions to resolve process problems.

You will work closely with the production plant personnel to provide technical support to improve quality, ensure smooth operations and achieve process excellence.

Requirements

  • The candidate should come from the chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and possesses a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering.

Medical Advisor/Director

You need to possess a medical degree with postgraduate qualification/expertise in clinical research. You will be in charge of medical affairs or lead and manage a full range of funded studies pivotal for registration. You will have research management responsibilities in the Asia Pacific region. Your medical field of specialization is in one of the following: Oncology, Central Nervous System, Emergency Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Anaesthesia, ICU care, Internal Medicine or relevant Pharmaceutical industry experience.

 

Clinical Research Manager

Candidates should have at least 3 years’ experience of clinical research as associates or coordinators including at least 1 year in supervisory or team leader capacity. You should have a recognized degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related qualification.

The position holder will manage a team of clinical research personnel and ensure the smooth running of the Department to meet requirements and industry standards. He/She will plan and contribute to the development and growth of the Department.

 

Clinical Research Associates/Senior Clinical Research Associates

You will initiate, monitor and coordinate funded studies pivotal for registration. Your responsibilities will include managing investigative site and working closely with investigators to ensure that correct procedures and best practices are implemented in accordance with SOP, ICH/GCP and other local guidelines.

You should have a recognized degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related qualification and a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity. You must have initiative, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. You should be familiar with SOP, ICH/GCP and local guidelines.
